We recommend that you contact us before filling in the templates so that we can work closely with you to ensure this process is expedited and that data integrity is preserved. If you have other data types such as transcriptome, genotyping, and genome data, please contact us and we will work with you to get the data into the portal and make it accessible through the tools in the ICGRC portal.
